Keith Wallace, Executive Partner, Strategy and Risk Management & Carolinas Practice Assurance Leader

With over 20 years of public accounting experience, Keith has enhanced client service and assurance quality by providing guidance and direction while holding several leadership positions with the firm. Positions he has held since joining the firm in June 2002 include RSM International Global Task Force member and the Raleigh practice People and Growth leader. Keith was a member of the group that launched the transaction support services line of business and served as a Center of Excellence leader.
Keith has served as the Carolinas practice assurance leader over the past two years and recently assumed the role of Executive Partner of Strategy and Risk Management for McGladrey & Pullen, LLP in which he is part of the Office of the Executive Partner, reporting directly to the Managing Partner of McGladrey & Pullen, LLP.
In addition to Keith's leadership responsibilities, he continues to serve SEC clients and large companies with complex global operations across all industries. As a client service coordinator and concurring partner, he directs and assists in all phases of the audit process, providing operational, financial and strategic consulting assistance. He has extensive experience advising clients, including private equity groups and strategic buyers, regarding all phases of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and transitioning complex clients from other accounting firms.
