The Duke Energy Foundation's $40,000 Windows of Opportunity Grant is one of the largest received to date by NC Beautiful. We are overwhelmed and grateful for the kind support of The Duke Energy Foundation and hope that through this grant opportunity, we'll be able to broaden our reach to empower more of our citizens to help keep North Carolina beautiful.

If you have a terrific idea to create student excitement about environmental stewardship and promote the protection of our natural resources, let Duke Energy and NC Beautiful help with financial support and encouragement as you develop your idea and become an environmental leader. Our Windows of Opportunity Grants reward teachers for their innovation and creativity as they promote environmental stewardship with their students to improve appreciation of the environment and, in turn, the beauty of our State. We look forward to serving you!
