Project Sustainability (up to 20 points)

Application Submission period	September 8-November 10, 2008
Notification to Awardees	December 12, 2008
Award checks mailed	January 12, 2009
Grant Period	January 19 – June 22, 2009
Interim report “personal story” ½ page	May 4, 2009
Final report ½ page with receipts	June 22, 2009
Next Grant Cycle	July 2009 - June 2010
